Presentation of the Nvn Fitness Academy Strength & Conditioning Program to all the Susan Miller Dorsey High School athletes.
Main Program Goal.
1. Reduced Sports Related Injuries
2. Increased Muscular Endurance
3. Increased Muscle Growth
